I am a Professor and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at the Curtin University Future of Work Institute. My primary research interests relate to all the processes involved in personnel recruitment, assessment, and selection. These areas include:- How to attract talent to an organisation, - How to design and implement fair and accurate assessments of job candidates, - How to ensure job candidates have a positive experience during their application process, and- What roles can new technological developments play in the areas above.My philosophy is that all of the decisions that organisations make in relation to recruitment, assessment, and selection should be grounded in a solid evidence base. To that end, I am very interested in collaborating with organisations that seek new insights into their recruitment and selection procedures.
