Growing the practice apps ecosystem for Xero Advisor Partners to connect Xero Practice Tools with best-in-class third party technology to run modern, digital businesses built on the Xero platform.Being the first and currently only person in this role at Xero globally, I've had the opportunity to shape this role and adapt it for the needs of the Xero Australia business as well as supporting the wider global Xero business.No two days are ever the same, but key responsibilities include:Partnership management. Working with multiple strategic partners to create win-win relationships that align with each other's objectives. This includes negotiations regarding participation in the updated Xero App Partner Program.Internal stakeholder management. To build awareness internally of the value of Xero's practice app ecosystem and to execute GTM campaigns with app partners, alignment is required with several regional and global teams at Xero such as sales, marketing, communications product, strategy and education.Representing the Xero Ecosystem at Xero and external events. Includes multiple in-person and online presentations at Xero Roadshows, Xerocons and various Xero and non-Xero led events.Practice app solution selling. Educating and assisting the Xero Partner Sales team on how practice apps help their customers succeed.

Helping accountants and bookkeepers evaluate and implement Xero for their clients and Xero partner tools for their practices (Xero Report Templates, Xero Tax, Xero Workpapers, Xero Practice Manager).Project manage a significant product update of the Xero Report Templates for the AU region. Collaborate with the account managers to help deliver exceptional service to our partners.Presented at Xero Roadshow 2016, 2017 and 2018.Developed content and presented Xero Champions Day workshop at Xerocon 2016.Specialist in Xero Report Templates for special purpose financials and management reports.Developing and presenting training sessions in person and online via webinar.Working with the Education team to build content for Xero U.Navigating Xero partners through conversions options.Contributed to 20x growth in ARR ($29m to $624m) during my tenure in the Xero AU GTM team.
