With more than 25 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney, Mr. Gattari helps bioscience, pharmaceutical, clinical diagnostics and medical device companies build and manage robust U.S. and international patent portfolios.Clients draw on his expertise to structure and negotiate their intellectual property transactions, including agreements related to licensing, research, collaboration, commercialization, supply and distribution. (now Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics). Early in his career, he worked for Abbott Laboratories in a variety of positions focusing on the development and production of pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic products.
