Patrick is a committed healthcare professional with 20 years of experience in emergency medical services, education, emergency management, and leadership. Patrick started in EMS when he was 14 years old as an MRT in 2002, EMT in 2006, then Paramedic in 2011. He had been a part of the leadership team at American Ambulance Service for over 10 years, most recently in the position of Operations Manager. He is a paramedic preceptor for W.W. Backus Hospital and ALS Programs Coordinator for American Professional Educational Services. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in EMS Administration and believes that education holds an essential role in EMS. He is an EMS-I as well as an instructor for multiple advanced-level courses including ACLS, ACLS-EP, PALS, and an array of NAEMT courses. Patrick encourages growth and innovation of the team through communication, composure, and collaboration. As a leader, Patrick ensures the team has the proper tools, training, and direction through result-oriented data for growth and success. Patrick’s values include teamwork, loyalty, self-discipline, integrity, and leadership. Patrick lives in Bozrah with his wife and four children.
