Responsible for the Management of multiple key subcontractors on a major project, tasks include negotiation on scope adjustments and subcontract changes, ensuring timely response and delivery of key documentation and driving subcontractor adherence to schedule through relationship management. Role also includes responsibility for advising on Import/Export compliance issues, including advice on Technical Assistance Agreements and other US Import/Export instruments and access to ITAR Technical Data as the primary contact for ITAR within the Project.

Commercial Officer role includes responsibility for management of NDAs and Contract Change Proposals, assistance in mangament of Intellectual Property and experience in dealing with Escrow, Obsolesence and Acceptance for the LHD Contract.Role also includes responsibility for advising on Import/Export compliance issues, including advice on Technical Assistance Agreements and other US Import/Export instruments and access to ITAR Technical Data as the primary contact for ITAR within the Project.

Roles varied from Subcontract Administrator looking after Combat Equipment Subcontracts on LHD project, Procurement Officer for Site Service purchases and Functional Procurement Officer responsible for the implementation of Improvements such as Electronic Requisitioning, Competency Framework for Warehouse staff and Personal development plans for Procurement staff to achieve BAE Systems Australia CIPSA approved standard of training.

Worked as Supply Chain Officer / Subcontract Administrator in the LHD Project on Various Combat System subcontracts. Transitioned to Current Role when Tenix Defense Systems was bought out by

Fleet Coordinator for Transfleet Transport. Scheduled timeslots at the wharf for container pick up and drop off, coordinated timeslots at customer's premises for delivery of goods. Liaised with drivers, wharf and customers to ensure truck breakdowns had minimal impact on delivery shcedule.
