Discovered that PKCi is necessary for transformed growth, migration, and clonal expansion of EGFR-mutant lung adenocarcinoma (LADC). Utilized a combination of bioinformatics and molecular biology approaches to identify and validate genetic signatures / biomarkers that predict sensitivity of EGFR-mutant LADC to pharmacologic inhibition of PKCi in known cells of origin of LADC. Developed protocols for ex vivo transformation of bronchioalveolar stem cells and alveolar type II cells with mutant EGFR in 3D culture, followed by orthotopic lung injection and establishment of lung tumors in mice.

Developed and wrote scientific publications (abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and manuscripts) in close collaboration with authors and clients.Carried out all aspects of project management, including leading calls with authors and clients to align on content, writing and revising drafts according to author feedback, and finalizing publication.
