Current• Leadership and Strategy –leading the store employees to achieve sales goals, incentivizing Average Customer Transaction (ACT) growth, and managing the business relationship and partnership with external stakeholders.• Managing, Hiring, and Training employees – Hiring/interview; creating workbooks, quizzes, and training programs from UPS Source material.• Freighting – Contacting UPS-approved freighters to schedule pickup and safe delivery of items.• Human Resources - Handling employee time off requests, vacations, promotions, complaints, and firing. • Customer Service – Resolving high maintenance and rude customers; also, handling high tension situations that require defusing.
