Senior Operations Manager for the WBD Creative EMEA team, servicing the Scripted, Unscripted, Kids and TNT Sports teams.I oversee the workflows employed by these creative teams and devise best practises, from how briefs arrive, what post-production processes are used, through to how final assets are delivered. Constantly looking for opportunities to align the processes, find efficiencies and employ new technologies wherever possible.My knowledge of the broadcast/social media industry is based on 20+ years experience of working as VT Operator and then Editor with clients including BBC, ITV, Financial Times and Reuters, before moving permanently into the world of Operations.
