With over two decades of experience in higher education, I currently serve as a Research Associate at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG). In this capacity, I lead initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, such as coordinating system-wide Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) reporting activities. I ensure accuracy and compliance, while identifying and overcoming policy barriers at federal, state, and institutional levels.I bring a robust skill set to my work, including a strong background in statistics, databases, and marketing. I am certified in ITIL and SPSS and proficient in SQL. My previous role as a Business Systems Analyst allowed me to contribute to the development and implementation of the Intra-Georgia Registration Sharing System (INGRESS), a groundbreaking platform enabling student access to courses across multiple institutions.I have recently graduated with a Doctor of Science in Information Technology (DSc) from Middle Georgia State University, hold a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Piedmont University, and have Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Georgia. This educational journey has equipped me with the essential skills for complex research and analysis, and serves my ongoing interest in leveraging data and technology to improve educational outcomes.In my leadership roles at Athens Technical College from April 2002 to November 2011, I served as the Director of Financial Aid, Registrar, Director of Enrollment Management Systems, and Director of Student Affairs at the Elbert County Campus. Additionally, as the Banner Production Team Lead in Academic Services for USG, I oversaw critical system implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of student information systems.What sets me apart is not just my technical expertise, but also my exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and resilient work ethic.
