I have established MTE Solutions to formally assist Med Tech companies commercialize their technology in the US Market with my 30+ years of market experience, product launch, and value proposition expertise. I will also be working with surgeons and healthcare facilities as they consider Networks that will help evolve their practice or improve their contracting and reimbursement capabilities.

Spearheaded the creation of this role alongsied the General Manager to address the unmet need in National Teaching Institutions. With this position my team is responsible for the Recon Teaching Institution strategy and the coordination of inter-departmental activities and communication. Additionally, I have a team that is working to develop a narrowed network to help manage and execute best in class episodes of musculoskeletal care. Finally, I will manage and execute strategic commercial pilots to appropriately vet commercial business opportunities.

Selected by the President of the division to pioneer the department. This Commercial Marketing leadership role allows me to create and establish commercial strategies and value propostions for the US Recon and Division. My team is responsible for downstream product launch, and contributed content for both the Sales Rep and Surgeon education programs. During my tenure (which spaned Covid) we successfully launched 7 products, that contributed to 85% of the compaies growth in that timeline, trained over 1000 surgeons and took a market growth leadership position in Total Hip for a 2 year span.

Promoted to lead the US Hybrid W2 and 1099 Independant Contractor Sales force. Responsible for US Recon and Robotics Sales performance, Divisions P&L management, while reporting to US Global Business Unit President. Manage market leading Hip and Knee growth. Oversee sales promotions, team structure, channel strategies, along with setting key performance indicators. Serve on the Pricing Committe, contribute to division M&A activity. Lead best in class culture, while establishing healthy reduced voluntary turnover rate of less than 10% and simutaneously growing sales force by 5% annually.

Manage all aspects of sales and operations for our Area Business, including 1099 contractor management and W2 rep management, p&l and logistics, along with contract negotiation.
