Direct ANTHC's effort to initiate and mature an enterprise project management office (enterprise PMO) that facilitates effective prioritization, portfolio planning, resource management, and execution of projects. Responsible for overall leadership, coordination and management of key enterprise PMO functions and executing portfolio and project management processes, deliverables, and operational cadence in accordance with enterprise standards and best practices. Led multiple remote teams supporting Data Center Automation.• Led the Data Center Automations Group, focused on optimizing data center processes including ITSM (using Remedy), Request Fulfillment (using ERMS by Kinetic), and System Configuration (using BMC BladeLogic/TrueSight and Ansible). • Led the Analytics and Reporting team, leveraging analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SAP Business Objects. • Led an Automation team developing tools and capabilities through Ansible, and Terraform to expand the capabilities of the organization. • Led the Data Science team focused on improving the performance of the data center operations. Examples of projects incorporating AI and Machine Learning included intelligent ticket routing and predictive maintenance. The team also built Graph DBs using Neo4J. Additionally, the team leveraged leading edge off-the-shelf tools such as Einblick. • Our PM team used tools including Jira and Confluence, and Agile techniques including Scrum. • Additionally, I led the facilities support group at the secondary data center located in St. Louis. Activities included support and expertise about the hardware and appliances within the data center, and helping with monitoring and upkeep of the power and environmental systems supporting the center. • Worked with the Enterprise Technology Services organization of UMB Bank on a 10-month project to implement Windows 10 operating system across the entire Enterprise (over 6,000 devices and over 4,000 associates across over 20 states).
