About Patrick (Pat) Hoyes

I am a creative problem solver. I have the knowledge, skills, and experience to take challenging questions and turn them into actionable plans, and then execute them to create value. I have more than 25 years of military and executive leadership experience in the fields of technology, analytics, process improvement, and operations across multiple verticals, including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, telecom, entertainment, and government sectors. I am currently working for ANTHC, helping stand up and run an Enterprise PMO. Prior to this, I did a 4 month consulting engagement with Splunk, working on PMO refinement. Before that, I was supporting the automation and modernization efforts for the USDA data center operations. This included leading teams supporting IT Service Management, Request Fulfillment, Configuration Management, Discovery, and Monitoring, leading the Data Visualization and Analytics Team, the Data Science Team, and the Automation Team. I also led the facilities team supporting the USDA Data Center in St. Louis. Prior to this, I supported an Enterprise-wide technology upgrade at UMB Bank. Prior to ECCO Select, my focus was providing leadership and direction to Shield Casework's daily operations, delivering high quality solid surface products to customers, ranging from medical facilities to sports arenas. Prior to Shield, I led the operations for Triple-I, a consulting firm providing services and solutions across the technology spectrum. Prior to joining Triple-I, I worked for the Walt Disney Company in Anaheim, CA, and Sprint in Overland Park, KS. During my career, I have had the opportunity to leverage Lean and Six Sigma, advanced analytics, robotics, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, I was commissioned in the U.S. Army and served in various roles around the world, culminating in the completion of a Master’s degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.Outside of work, I am a technology junkie, playing with my two VR systems, taking photos of the world around me, or doing astrophotography. I also love to travel, and have visited all 50 states and most of Europe. Another passion is music. I play 25 different instruments, and love to "jam" whenever I get the chance. I also love bicycling (outdoors when the weather allows, and indoors the rest of the time), having completed 12 MS150 Rides, and, many bike races. My wife and I relocated to Alaska and are excited about the new adventures to come.
