This position has two principal dimensions: 1.) Production Support, and 2.) Operations Management Development Production SupportIn this capacity I am tasked with the preparation and maintenance of the production process in SAP via BOMs and routings. Here my mission is the timely and accurate translation of engineering design into operational SAP data for everything from spares to repairs to new builds. Here I have a key role in material planning as well.Manufacturing Management Development This is the ongoing improvement dimension of this position. Here my mission is the smooth and effective implantation of new tools and new procedures in Operations management as our fast-growing company evolves. In this capacity, I am master data support and point of contact, SAP key user and Material Management specialist. In this capacity I’ve had a key role in the adoption of hybrid MTS and MTO planning techniques, byproduct and co-product generation, master data automation, and SAP WM.
