As Director of Operations I provide the role of oversight and implementation for all departments. The primary objective is coordinating between sales, taproom, production and marketing to make sure the growth, profitability and vision of Gold Vibe is being carried forward. They are responsible for leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize a company's productivity and performance. A director of operations must develop long-term operational strategies and working closely with management to meet company objectives.This includes setting and reviewing budgets, policies, procedures, positions and protocols throughout the organization. Director of Operations is directly accountable to the Shareholders of Gold Vibe and communicates the progress of the company through meetings and updates.

As co-founder my role has been in implementing strategic business descions while overseeing sales, marketing and product development. My contribution in the sales domain has been to grow our business from ground zero to a number of well respected retailers across Northern California. Recently, I helped build and develop our taproom which opened in March 2021.

As a B to B sales representative, I helped new accounts sign up for business discount programs to purchase office supplies for their day to day operations. As a commision only position, I called on between 20-40 new businesses a day to generate new accounts. During my short time with the company, I generated over 100K in new sales and countless long term customers.
