I am a trainer and improver of teams and processes!I believe the best way to grow an organization is to empower employees with the right tools and right knowledge they need to do their job well, enjoy what they do, and serve well customers and clients.To me, this entails a few things:→ Ensuring that everyone is properly trained and informed.→ Assessing processes and cutting out the junk, the stuff that is unnecessary, cumbersome, or clunky...If it's not needed or can be done quicker or more accurately, develop something to replace it!→ Not everything needs to be replaced, but a lot of stuff can be improved; continual improvement is key, both for people and processes.→ Writing down the changes and making sure everyone gets a copy so your team is literally on the same page! I have a passion for personal, team, and processes development. I believe that one-time training is never enough and "That's how we've always done it" can be detrimental! People need constant education and improvement and processes need constant scrutiny, doing this WILL improve a business. In every job I've had I've looked for ways to augment people's capabilities and streamline the companies processes.
