I have a passion for personal, team, and processes development. I believe that one-time training is never enough and "That's how we've always done it" can be detrimental! People need constant education and improvement and processes need constant scrutiny, doing this WILL improve a business. In every job I've had I've looked for ways to augment people's capabilities and streamline the companies processes.
