This includes:• Managing a caseload of clients on a one-to-one and group basis.• Carrying out in depth client assessments.• Arranging and delivering group training sessions such as C.V. development, personal awareness, job searching & matching, interview preparation and sustainability of employment.• Identifying and coordinating a range of recruitment and selection strategies to secure employment for clients.• Meeting and liaising employers to verify clients successful job starts and sustained employment.• Communicating with employer and client to observe progress in employment.• Experience with IT scheduling, record and data collection programmes.• Meeting my own individual objectives & targets and adhering to quality processes and procedures.
