1. Develop individual training plans in coordination with Marine HR for Seafarers and office staff in both hardware setup and applications which are used on board2. Conducts shore based and onboard training for the use of Marine Applications such as ERP system, Navigational Softwares, and other maritime related applications 3. Validate data for planned maintenance system4. Create and validate procedures in relation to the use of ERP/PMS and other applications onboard the ship5. Evaluation different system setup and application for continuous improvements6. Develop tools and system that can be utilize both onboard and shore office.

1. Act as an section head for Electrical Training Department2. Facilitate Electro-technical trainings as well as Planned Maintenance System trainings3. Develop training modules in relation to current regulations and company requirements4. Develop training plans based on current regulations and company specific requirements5. Conducts training need analysis for inhouse client and external client6. Create one year business plan for Electro-technical training sections7. Develop assessment scenario for Kongsberg Engine Room Simulator

- Monitoring and maintenance of the electrical power plant- Supervise, control and overhaul the electrical installation plant- Perform new installation of electrical equipment as required- Monitoring and maintenance of all battery plants - Daily recording Work Book, spare parts used stores etc.- Controlling and lubricating machines:o In galley and laundryo Electric motors for all machinery including cargo plant- Testing and controlling ofo Fire-and smoke alarmso All deck lights including portable cargo lights before arrivalo Megger tests according to PMS- Check and Control ofo Deck cranes (if applicable)o Refrigerated provision room- Weekly control ofo All Lamps- Daily control ofo Lamps in CCR, ECR and on the bridgeo Earth Fault- Participation in function tests as required
