In March 2001, FRIENDLY MARITIME SERVICES INC. (FMSI) was organized and was born to vie in the maritime industry. It started its operation after being licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on May 03, 2001. FMSI is committed to fulfill its objective of managing all activities focused towards the quality of recruitment, selection, training and deploying of experienced, well trained, medically fit seafarers in accordance with the relevant national regulatory and international requirements. Presently, the company manages to operate many vessels and continuously working onward for the satisfaction of our principals. FMSI employs a group of experienced, conscientious, well-trained and dedicated employees. Their goal is to serve in the best way to the seafarers and is working onward for the satisfaction of its principals seeing continuous improvement for excellence in the field for the coming years. And to support this commitment, FMSI has established, documented, implemented, maintained and improved its Quality Management System consistent with ISO 9001 International Standard originated June 2002, with the advent of ISO 9001: 2015 and the requirements of Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006). FMSI upholds to upgrade its quality management system to ensure consistency with the requirements of its stakeholders.
