Manage development staff and performance of the EIT Document Services portfolio while building and maintaining close relationships with cross functional teams supporting Document Services, Claims, FEP/Blue Card, Membership/Enrollment, Finance, Architecture, Marketing, Brand Communications, Sales, Customer Service, Digital, Web/Mobile, Customer Experience, IT Data Platforms, and other core business functions. Became proficient with SQL, GUI Windows development, online/ad-hoc reporting, relational databases, and HP-UX script writing.• Played an integral role in the conversion of the company's ERP system from the mainframe (COPICS) to an ERP system (ProIII) on the UNIX platform.
