My practice focuses in the area of commercial real estate and real estate finance, representing a host of real estate developers, investors and commercial lending institutions. I have also represented a number of lending institutions and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured commercial loans. I have a strong background in New York municipal law as well, serving as counsel and special counsel to several localities and authorities.
