Field project coordinator and lead technician for large commercial installations (100+ endpoints)Selected as Technical Consultant for a significant, multi-dimensional project which involved the installation and integration of a voice mail / call routing system for KTVA Credit Union. Invented a system procedure to integrate the Executone Voice Mail System to a Bell South data link circuit: created several programming structures, presented concept to KTVA executives, and installed system. Oversaw installation and repair tasks of technical staff and conducted (at request of management) inspection activities ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards.Conducted training classes on basic telephony to personnel.
