Manage, direct and oversee the operations of the Front Desk, VIP registration areas, Group Reservations, and a Hotel Management team of 15, including the mentorship and development of staff in all areas. Continually oversee and monitor the financial performance of all departments, provide solutions to improve problem areas and assist in implementing corrective measures to ensure each department operates within its budget.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of two Hotel Registration Areas, three Complimentary Food and Beverage Lounges, and the Concierge’s Call Center and Desk. Duties include direct supervision over 80 employees made up of VIP Hotel Registration Associates, Concierge, Butlers, Bartenders, Associate Bartenders, Kitchen Runners, and Managers.Responsible for analyzing 5 different financial reports including profit and loss statements, comp reports, capital, budgets, and reforecast for each.

•Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Front Desk that caters to approximately 3,000 hotel guests per day.•Managed 10 Assistant Front Office Managers and 88 Front Desk Associates.•Assisted in increasing up sell revenues from $220,000 per year to approximately $5,000,000 per year
