In my 5 years with Shadow Health, I’ve partnered closely with university deans, directors, and professors to improve their curriculum and strengthen their course offerings by selling Shadow Health’s virtual simulation products. Shadow Health’s SaaS solutions have been instrumental in helping these enterprise accounts navigate the industry’s shifting focus to critical thinking skills and away from rote memorization.Following Shadow Health’s 2021 acquisition by Elsevier, I continued to sell Shadow Health products, teamed with Elsevier partners to combine the products into a package for universities, and developed sales demo recordings to train Elsevier reps in selling Shadow Health products.

During this time, I led a team in digital market sales to universities worldwide; my team achieved 115% of the division’s sales goals and achieved 8 RFP victories in the higher education market in just over 1 year’s time. I’m also particularly proud of having rebuilt the international recruitment division, which had been dormant for 4 years.

At GlobalFit, I led the team in delivering presentations to enterprise-level, high-profile clients including Rite Aid, Yum Brands, Bose, CVS Caremark, Chipotle, Mercy Health System, and Navy Federal Credit Union. Additionally, I directed partnerships with brokers including Mercer, Lockton, and Arthur J. Gallagher to introduce the FitBucks product to their clients.

At CRI Solutions, which provides innovative wellness products to help clients meet their health goals, I managed the sales cycle from end to end, calling on C-suite leaders and their boards to sell products and services to credit unions with between $20M and $2.5B in assets.
