•Conceptualized and Developed the MEP nationally recognized new product development “Return On Innovation”™ Program,rolled out to the State of PA while exceeding personal metrics by 40%;•Conceptualized/developed a Business Growth Critical Path Model as a engagement tool for SME’s in the Region and for by state Industrial Resource Center’s;•Generated $112,766,766 positive growth impact,reported by the manufacturing base, with a $ invested/ $ impact ratio of $1/ $236.00;•Mentored 5 companies to realize 9 successfully commercialized new products in a 6-10 month timeframe;• Sold $664,089.00 of brokered projects and added 21 new companies; provided delivery of 38 projects in first 18 mnths of employment, outperformed benchmarks by 46 %;•Developed partnerships with other area providers including state organizations, other non-profits, and educational institutions;• Developed a Market Opportunity Analysis to find profitable growth and leverage opportunities for new market development.
