I am responsible for managing the global Travel and Expense function for Dropbox which includes the functional and technical ownership of all T&E related tools and processes. I have transformed the T&E function in Dropbox from a fragmented starting point into a streamlined automated service using the latest technologies and building strategic relationships across key partners and vendors. I am a people manager with a global team working towards a best-in-class T&E function for our employees.I have managed multiple complex projects during my time in Dropbox including; -Staged Re-implementation of Concur -Global implementations for multiple Global Travel Providers (Egencia/Airbnb/TripActions). -Creation of expense audit review/auto-approve process for Dropbox. -End-to-end automation of T&E process from Concur into Oracle Fusion with enhanced reporting functionality. -Multiple global credit card implementations (P-Cards, Lodge, Travel programs) -Promoted twice during my time in Dropbox as result of achievements

I was Project Manager for the AMEX corporate credit implementation for Facebook EMEA which required the rollout of 28 new credit card Travel and Corporate Programmes in 14 different entities. I successfully managed the transition from old provider to new provider, ensuring there was no negative impact to employees as we managed the logistics of swapping out over 1800 cards across EMEA.

I was part of the procurement team within Procure to Pay responsible for all Facebook entities in EMEA and APAC. As part of this role, I also managed the Travel and Expense function for Facebook EMEA.I worked closely with our outsourcing team where I managed escalations and holds across EMEA for P2P while constantly working on improvements to policies and processes within P2P. This included work on a key project where we outsourced the P2P function to our 3rd party provider for EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

I was a sourcer and recruiter for Chandler Macleod where I worked closely with the team filling contract roles for PMs and Technical positions in Melbourne.

I was the first member of a new EMEA team created to screen online applications and employee referrals for open job positions within Google. I was tasked with building out the team as we grew from 1 to 3 in a short period of time. I was also responsible for developing the strategy on how to market the team internally as we sought to build out the scope of our role.

Member of the migration team responsible for the transfer of the EMEA AP function from the US to the Linkedin EU Headquarters in Dublin where I was responsible for vendor creation and management, invoice processing and payments, as well as audit and month end queries.

I was drafted into the Google EMEA onboarding team during the biggest company-wide compensation project Google had undertaken at the time. This was a big change management role where we worked closely with new and existing employees to ensure contracts were up to date with a limited time to complete. I also managed the logistics of travel for new hires coming to Dublin (work permits/travel etc.)
