Recruitment Manager
Current- Manages two accounts, both of which are large financial services companies- Conducts intake calls with hiring managers for requisitions- Maintains and builds excellent relationships with clients - Writes and presents all RFPs to existing and prospective clients- Conducts weekly calls and maintains strong relationships with MSP representatives to go over statuses of requisitions as well as other points of discussion- Manages work orders; Keeps track of extensions, end dates, changes, ect.- Utilizes VMS systems Beeline and Fieldglass to submit candidates and maintain business with our clients- Acts as the company expert on all visa restrictions/requirements- Achieves staffing objectives by analyzing job requirements and recruiting qualified candidates- Builds applicant pool by using various job boards such as Indeed and Monster- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.- Arranges interviews
