We did and within 30 days secured a major contract with the world’s largest brewer to manufacture a signature beer glass. The contract was valued over $4.2 million dollars as the initial order with a profit of $1.596 million. Established growth and innovation, from inception in strategic business units, including Entertainment Novelty and Fulfillment Services through sales growth and partnerships with gross revenues of $6.65M. • Developed new products and business plan including new segments for product lines which included strategy and tactics to more enhanced packaging of multiple beer glasses and mugs with various company Logo's Successfully placed products into retail markets such as Target, CVS, Wal-Mart and other like consumer stores.• An exhaustive search was developed to recruit the best sales and marketing team. Concurrently executed a marketing strategy to brand/design, manufacture, market and sell custom beer glasses from the largest national and international beer companies and we were successful. Detailed and executed all legal contracts with vendors and customers. Developed just-in-time manufacturing design solutions to enhance market delivery of products. President, Tel-Rom, Inc. Woodland Hills, CA• The initial challenge or problem was sales were at a standstill, no growth. Sales were through vending machines at airports. We immediately added the surrounding retail stores brought in the latest machines, retrained technicians on the new software I wrote. The results were the first year sales went from barely making monthly expenses to over $ 1.6M dollars. The increase the last year in the position was $4.5M dollars.• Created and established our marketing/business plan to position our start-up, Tel-Rom, Inc., (The first pre-paid calling card company at Airports), as the premier sales entity servicing airports and airport retailers throughout the western United States. The pre-paid calling card market was estimated to be a multi-billion dollar industry and based on our marketing plan we immediately played a key role at start-up by setting the per minute price and improving the service at a number of airports. • Directed the introduction of pre-paid calling card machines to be strategically located throughout airports served, e.g., LAX, San Francisco Airport, the City of San Francisco and Honolulu Airport and others.• Developed and implemented software that provided cash in, cards out data in real time which signaled technicians when card stock, per machine, was at a low level and/or needed replenishing or service.• Legal issues were my area for negotiating contracts and any and all types of legal documents, assisted by our legal firm, sent to the company.
