GreenCitizen is an eWaste recycling and online retailer company. The goal and purpose of the company is to dismantle, refurbish, rebuild, recycle and resale electronic items. The shipping and inventory responsibilities are to manage items until sold, package them up and ship out accordingly via eBay and Amazon. The Shipping and Inventory Lead was responsible for training, guiding and maintaining team moral of the day-to-day operation while still fulfilling customer placed orders and assisting the Customer Support team with before and after sales inquires. Other task required on a daily basis was constantly gathering artist social media information and then forwarding the information to management for marketing purposes and maintain regular merchandise inventory checks and consolidation.
