The Arkansas Arts Council is an agency of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism. As Director I oversee agency budget and operations. I also oversee external agency relations with local arts partners, other state agencies, federal and interstate partners, and both state legislative and congressional stakeholders. I also serve as Secretary to the Arkansas Arts Advisory Council, appointed by the Governor.
