Marketing of Synagis, a monoclonal antibody, to a diverse customer base including Hospital systems, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Neonatologists, Pediatric Pulmonologists & Cardiologists, Pediatricians, Specialty/Infusion Pharmacies and Home Health Agencies. This requires intricate collaboration with Field Reimbursement Managers, Regional Account Directors, HUB, and Patient Services.

My responsibilities include mentoring the FPS – East Area and working closely with the West and East Commercial Business Directors to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends at all levels using analytics. This includes high/low performing territories, Specialty Pharmacy metrics, turnaround times, performance trends, Veeva messaging, etc. I provided insight and direction into significant outliers and trends in performance, specialty pharmacies and payers that had impact on both national sales and market access strategies.

Selected as 1 of 10 candidates for an in-role developmental program in market access. Through this program, I was able to expand my knowledge around field reimbursement including PBM’s, buy and bill, medical/pharmacy benefits, benefit investigation and fully vs self-funded plans by completing on-boarding training and mentoring with current FRSM’s. After completion of the program, I was asked to be on two workstreams to improve and build the program to include other franchises in the company.
