His testimony is invaluable to our society.”Patrick watched his father, RJ Reynolds, Jr., his oldest brother RJ Reynolds III, and other members of his family die from cigarette-induced emphysema and lung cancer. Concerned about the mounting health evidence, he made the decision to speak out against the industry his family helped build. In 2018 he founded Congress Majority PAC, whose mission is to persuade undecided voters to turn out and vote Democrat. The PAC's persuasion ads, one issue per ad, will win votes by attacking Republicans and championing Democrats on the issues most important to voters — the economy, climate change, abortion, defending democracy, and gun control.
