I am the business director and specialize in developing, promoting and delivering financial education programs to teens. These programs provide the teens in our community with an opportunity to learn the skills and behaviors necessary to live financially responsible. Our programs are unique, relevant and impactful. Teens learn from business professionals in the community who become part of their classroom while delivering our lessons or Money Coach program. Our lessons focus on budgeting and saving, banking and identity theft and credit. Our Money Coach program focuses on establishing savings goals, life goals and preparing teens to transition to living independently as a young adult. Our mission is to provide financial literacy programs and resources that empower students to make sound financial decisions. Our vision is to build strong communities where students and their families make informed financial decisions and take control of their financial future.My 30 years of experience in the financial services industry focused on training and leading teams of advisors to work successfully with clients through educating, guiding and advising them. This experience is in perfect alignment with our teen education focus. We are educating, guiding and advising teens in a way that helps them build a foundation for success and become more confident about their future. We have a wonderful group of volunteers who are passionate about our mission and delivered lessons to over 7300 teens in 80+ high schools and youth organizations in the 2014-2015 school year. Built consultative selling tools designed to engage high net worth clients in wholistic banking, investment, insurance and planning discussions with a goal of building fully developed, long term relationships.

As M&I Financial Advisors first National Sales Director, worked with M&I Wealth Management leadership to build a sales force of over 100 financial advisors and five regional sales managers. Additionally, designed an effective consultative sales approach, training and tools focused on financial planning. Incorporated state of the art financial planning tools into the program. Developed and delivered numerous public financial planning and investment seminars.
