With over two decades of professional experience, my tenure as Sr Director, Corporate Engineering at Central Garden & Pet has strengthened my expertise in manufacturing, product development, and process engineering in a multi-site work environment. In addition to the above, I have worked to shape Strategy and the enabling systems to ensure that desired outcomes were measurable. The use of Culture Surveys as a means to identify and fill gaps in culture is a strength.I have championed behavior-based Safety programs and 5 Safety non-negotiables (electrical safety, lock-out tag-out for energized systems, confined space, fall protection, protecting the environment).
