Operate auxillary equipment from manual start stations throughout the plant, perform oil pump tests, purge and fill generators using written procedures and train new employees. Submit detailed work orders thru Maximo to report equipment malfunctions found during daily inspections.

Operated and maintained two gas fired drum boilers, steam turbines, and associated generating equipment. Followed prescribed procedures to bring units on/off line under direction of senior operator or supervisor. Inspected thru operator rounds: transformers, turbines, generators, boilers, boiler feed pumps, fans, feed water heaters, water treatment, chemical pumps, eh systems, lube oil pumps, turning gears, limotorques, non returns, safetys, condensors, seal oil systems, breakers and fire systems. Submit detailed work orders thru maximo of equipment needing repair. Work on pumps, gearboxes, fans, packing valves, motor alignments, cutting, and welding. Other duties: add chemicals for water treatment, collect data for vibration analysis, cems building readings, pump tests, Lockout-Tagout, equipment isolation and pre job briefs.
