With over a decade of experience in the dynamic gaming industry, I have navigated through its various phases: from the decline of online games to the advent of Facebook and web-based games and now to the flourishing era of mobile gaming. In my role as the key liaison and negotiator with clients, I manage both existing and potential collaborations. For existing clients, I oversee the full spectrum of project-related activities, from designing the business model/partnership framework, contract negotiations, and technical integration to product introductions, phased strategy development and troubleshooting any problems. My responsibilities also encompass maintaining client relationships and coordinating across internal departments while diligently tracking project schedules.I drive new market development by collecting and analyzing market information and identifying gaps and untapped opportunities. Throughout my career, I've forged extensive connections with both domestic and international game developers. My efforts have consistently led to the establishment of fruitful and innovative collaborations and the creation of novel business models, ultimately contributing to significant revenue growth.
