• Planned workshops, webinars, field tours and facilitated meetings to develop scientific understanding and social agreement for fuels reduction and forest management on national forests in Oregon and Washington.
• Led fundraising efforts and managed program budgets, staff, and contractors to implement program initiatives across the Pacific Northwest.

• Lead advocacy campaigns in Washington, Oregon and California to promote conservation on Alaska’s Tongass and Chugach National Forests and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge including:
• Worked with coalition partners to create and implement strategic campaign plans
• Organized public education events for the conservation of Alaska’s natural resources
• Represented the Alaska Coalition at meetings with members of Congress, editorial board meetings and at press conferences
• Recruited and trained volunteers to effectively communicate with members of Congress at annual education visits in Washington, D.C.
