Patrick led the safe evacuation of the U.S. Embassy - including employees, family members, sensitive diplomatic cargo, and pets in less than 48 hours. Patrick oversaw 800+ American and Pakistani security professionals and $2M budget for 4000+ protective missions, representational events, and security for diplomatic compounds in world’s largest and most violent cities. Patrick was the senior advisor and subject matter expert for security and law enforcement issues related to reopening of U.S. Embassy in Tripoli, Libya helping to provide a safe and secure environment for conduct of U.S. foreign policy.
