I've accepted responsibility for all technical aspects of the TV station, including studio, IT infrastructure and camera gear. Learned so much about all aspects of backend IT that I continued down that path after the station aired its last show.

Did a segment twice a week on TV Limburg about games, movies, and anything that qualifies as a gadget. Also, I co-hosted the news. As comic relief, obviously. Before that, I've presented the "op pad met Pat & Sijtje" program together with Sijtje Terpstra for the same station. Not afraid of a camera, me.

Originally filling in for a sick coworker, I tried to streamline the process between concept and execution of the videocontent for the station I was presenting at. As it turned out, stayed a lot longer than originally planned and got to know the broadcast business and workflow a lot better.

I've been (mostly) reviewing games, posting news and writing features for this Dutch website, which has allowed me to see lots of lovely places like Leipzig, Antwerp and London, not to mention the virtual vistas I've been able to see.

I joined the Microsoft Xbox team at Twenty4help to get into the gaming side of things, but I mostly learned that customers are people too. Leveled up from agent to tier 2 representative in a short time and picked up a few managerial skills along the way.

Rock'n'roll, baby! Spent most of my young adult life doing the band thing, recording three albums, touring around Europe, making music videos, building a studio from scratch, and generally trying to attain rock star status. So close!

Ran my dad's bar every Sunday evening. Taught me a lot of people skills, how to deal with customers in all possible states and that drinking is best done in moderation.

Charged with all design, both print and web, for the artist stable at this small independent label with artists like Mo'Jones and the Crox. The label was disbanded not long after I started there, but it wasn't my fault, honestly!
