As Program Delivery manager I help customers coordinate the logistics for a successful event day, including scheduling, technical requirements, professional development, and providing excellent customer service. I also manage our Presenter Team and am in charge of the hiring of new presenters, planning and leading our annual presenter training, scheduling event assignments, managing communication and enforcing policies and procedures, coordinating presenter travel, resolving presenter issues while they are on the road, presenter support, monitoring presenters' daily event reports, and collecting, tabulating, summarizing, and reporting end of year evaluations.In addition I manage our corporate travel accounts and tools (Egencia, SWABIZ, National/Enterprise) and our as well as our eSignature agreement software (Adobe Sign, DocuSign).
