Served in Singapore General Hospital from 2000 until year 2002 before moving on to Alexandra Hospital (Singapore) until year 2006. Managed hearing care retail chain (Hearing Partners) until 2009 before taking charge of the Training Division of Oticon Malaysia (now Demant Malaysia). Currently heavily involved in product and professional audiology supports as well as planning and training for hearing aids, audiology and diagnostic equipment. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing activities to support clients/dealers to promote branding and awareness. Now heading the Demant Southeast Asia Training Academy to manage, support and coordinate training programmes for sales offices in Southeast Asia. Leads the Southeast Asia Audiology Academy (SEAAA) to provide continuous professional development in audiology, clinical skills and related field.Actively involved in public talks, hearing awareness programmes as well as organising professional seminars/conferences. Founding member of Society for Audiology Professionals Singapore (SAPS). Former Vice President (2008/2009) of Malaysian Association of Speech-Language and Hearing (MASH), Past President (2016-2018, 2018-2020) and a founding member of Malaysian National Society of Audiologist (MANSA), a professional society that aims to uphold and build the Audiology profession while integrates with the public to promote better hearing to the masses. He is recently appointed as an Academic Advisor for the Audiology Program in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
