As a Talent Advisor, I manage recruitment and advisory for our Technology department, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. I run end-to-end recruitment processes together with hiring teams for all tech related roles, including competency mapping, process alignment, advertisement writing, screening and sourcing of candidates. I am also working strategically, involved with international recruitment with relocation cases, tools and systems and process improvement. I am also jointly responsible for the employer branding efforts from Talent Acquisition side.
