As an International Operations Manager, I lead a team of 8-10 International Move-Management Consultants (IMCs), including fully remote team members. In this role, I’ve had the privilege of leading various government service operations, including managing alarge-scale call center operation that supported public assistance programs on a state level. In collaboration with the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, I helped drive economic growth by overseeing grant programs tailored for small businesses. I also oversaw a state unemployment insurance call center project, ensuring timely and efficient filing, auditing, and escalation management of insurance claims for residents.To ensure seamless daily operations and compliance with performance metrics, I maintained directcommunication with state stakeholders and took proactive measures to address any issues swiftly.
