• Managing, motivating and supporting a team of 20 technicians• Leading the team to achieve resource plans and improved and production flows• Conducting annual performance and appraisal reviews with the maintenance team• Executing and achieving full maintenance plans to meet customer and contractual requirements and targets on time • Leading by example by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction at all times to achieve fleet performance targets by monitoring and implementing any possible improvements• Minimising operating costs and maximising efficiencies through resource planning, with careful consideration of the maintenance plan• Signing off completed maintenance activities ensuring quality is of high standard and public safety is of highest priority• Preparing daily service schedules to meet contractual requirements• Communicating vital information to customers and internal stakeholders• Conducting audits including maintaining records of information and developing training pakages for the team to ensure they are compliant with relevant standards and regulations• Implementing and promoting EHS compliance, ensuring safe operating procedures are followed• Conducting training and competency based assessments for Safety Critical works with maintenance staff• Coordinating electrical isolations and possessions to ensure they are safe before work begins• Encouraging personal development within the team and educating on the benefits of change • Managing and controlling outside contractors according to company requirements including correct work packages, documentation and induction training prior to work commencing

* Maintaining vehicles on the Dublin's LUAS Tram network in accordance with specified procedures.* Carry out vehicle preparation work as and when required using on board computer systems .* Undertake train diagnostic work .* Actively part of the emergency call out team .* Attend regular team briefings .* Work on a rotational shift basis .* Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance .
