As a clinical perfusionist I'm responsible for the extracorporeal circulation during heart surgery and cardiac-support treatments (ECMO). Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) is also one of the techniques that I support in the operating room.As a blood therapy manager I perform multiple blood techniques to stimulate wound/ tissue healing (regeneration) by enhancing biological processes with autologous blood cells.
