Heartbeat is a partnership formed by twentynine clinical perfusionists who are specialized in extra-corporeal circulation - and blood management techniques. We perform our main activities in seven different institutes in the Netherlands:
We are submitting ourselves to the reaccreditation programs of both the Dutch Society on Extracorporeal Circulation (NeSECC) and the European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusionists (EBCP). The partners are committed to continual professional development and, therefore, attend many meetings, courses and seminars to keep abreast of the latest research and techniques.
