Currently, I am an analyst with the Performance Reporting and Benefits Realization team within the Operations Management Branch of Shared Services Canada. In this role, I perform data analysis and visualization to produce detailed reports for department executives and other clients.Recently, I provided IM support to Shared Services Canada clients in my role as Incident Coordinator within the Operations Management Branch.I worked with Hewlett-Packard for 17 years, developing multiple applications (Web and other) to support clients from the private sector for a branch of the federal government (Industry Canada). Over the years, I've gone from providing technical support for clients of a national Internet Service Provider to providing application support for clients from the business development community; to designing web pages; to developing integrated web applications.
