◾Responsible for General Ledger entries preparation and posting, fixed assets operations, reconciliations, month end close and reporting◾Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger◾Preparing various statistic declarations◾Preparing taxes or gathering tax documents◾Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts

◾ Verification and posting of invoices, credit notes and journal entries to accurately and timely capture document details into the payables system◾ Preparing data for internal reporting in accordance with internal procedures◾ Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies◾ Ensuring the accurate processing and accounting of vendor invoices◾ Creating and generating monthly recurring payments◾ Objective, functional, and mathematical checks of Vendor Invoices/Credit Notes based on SAP and SAP S/4 HANA data or based on existing contracts

◾ Running complex recruitment projects for SSC/BPOs in Poland◾ Acquiring candidates from the market by using different sourcing methods◾ Analizing candidates CV's and making phone screening interviews

◾ Directly managing recruitment of white-collar positions in Kraków and Katowice including coordinating/organizing recruitment processes, searching candidates, communicating with candidates, and interviewing them◾ Effective sourcing with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations◾ Business Development◾ Facilitating the interview and selection process◾ Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations◾ Arranging interviews with Customers and hiring managers◾ Negotiating financials◾ Preparing employment contracts
