It was a 3 day event with more than 350 delegates, 7 plenaries and 100 symposia. There were also 2 days of pre congress events • All aspects of the congress preparations including designing conference materials; I worked with a designer to produce the conference programme, but designed the leaflets, flyers, badges, certificates and tickets myself. I also collected, collated and organized the abstracts from each presentation into an abstract booklet that formed part of the delegate pack.• Ensuring delegates paid the correct fee by crosschecking payments, contacting delegates to chase late payments and underpayments. • Manning the general enquires and late payments desk at the event and dealing with a wide range of problems.Project AdministratorAssisting the project team to complete and disseminate a research pilot Cultural Consultation Service within the Department of Psychiatry• Organising a conference to promote the service and disseminate research findings• Developing and maintaining a project website• Supporting project team Show less
