I am constantly offering our services to new clientele. I meet with Business Owners and share how we can help them save money on their bottom line by offering our services to their employees at "NO COST TO THEIR COMPANY". I usually have about a 70% or greater participation rate when sharing our services with their employees. I also maintain and service a large established client base. I am also a Group Field Trainer and spend time in the field with new trainees teaching them to properly start and maintain a client base of their own.

Personally oversaw the operations of a direct sales organization. Overseer of 2 locations, over 30 sales reps and 12 marketing specialists at any one time. Included all areas of business from daily functions to taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, HR functions, and everything in between.

While with Aerus Electrolux, I managed the daily operations of a retail sales office while working with a large group of direct sales agents. At one point, I was the Division Coordinator of 15 offices in the Charlotte and Piedmont Areas of NC. My duties included office sales and service, customer service issues, all functions of working with a large sales force, overseeing a marketing room, working directly with finance companies, ordering inventory, planning of events, etc.
