I worked for over 20 years at AXA insurance carrying out a number of roles, including managing a highly successful motor claims team that regularly exceeded targets. I was a referral point for junior members of staff and was also responsible for training new starters. I interviewed prospective employees and the decision as to whether to employ rested with me. In addition to extensive experience gained at a technical and managerial level, I have more recently undertaken administrative jobs and have spent much time assisting customers and developing children.KEY STRENGTHSAs a Team Leader I had the reputation of being firm but fair and engendered loyalty and trust from my team.
