Patsy is a PMP and ITIL Certified Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in oil & gas project management. For over 2 decades, while employed by either Amoco, BP, SAIC or Wipro, she has been assigned to the Amoco and then BP accounts, with years of experience with CVP and PDM processes and other BP project management tools. She was formerly the Portfolio Manager for Reservoir Engineering applications, and the Business Information Coordinator for the BP Onshore BUs. For the past six years she has served as project manager for TEMPO PCE Standards team, a multi-million dollar program, and for nearly three years her primary role was as the Application Deployment and Testing Manager for the rollout of R5000 across BP global sites, as well as the R5000 Deployment Project Manager for Calgary BP site. For the past year she has provided project management for various BP Chili projects, as first Houston Test Lab Manager and now as a Testing Lab Project Manager for a subsequent R5000 deployment. She earned an MS of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Tulsa. In 2011, BP awarded Patsy with a Captain’s Table award for superlative project management performance on the R5000 program. She has a strong work ethic, is a consummate team player, with excellent communication skills, and she is the go-to mentor for a number of Wipro project managers.
